They have been deducting double my monthly installment for the previous two months. Been trying ever since to sort it out with "agents" over WhatsApp (I put agents in quotation marks because you can't really call them that. If they actually helped you, then maybe) and yet another R30 has been deducted from my account after that. I'm technically two months upfront if I've been billed double the amount twice 🤔 this company is really pathetic and it's a STRUGGLE to get service out of them. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED 😡
Poor service delivery, poor communication and poor account management. Firstly, payment remind us not communicated, no statement provided and no tracking record can be provided by this company of payments received and paid. They simply switch of your internet with no warning. I made an immediate payment as soon as this information came to light (I even paid double the amount) and my service has yet still been suspended. Correct reference has been used but I'm getting emails that I didn't use the correct reference (but it's the one you gave me to use?) and now it is still stayed that I'm in arrears... After making a double payment? This company is poorly managed and they have no decent communication with their clients. I'm changing the supplier and won't recommend this company to anyone. I resigned end of March after my application had to be re-submitted 5 times. Thabo from the pension department is never to be found, his phone ringing the whole day and no feedback is being provided. E-gov still hasn't even processed my claim and nothing is being done by the Department of Education regarding this matter. This is how the government looks after their employees. I wish I could also have a job where I do nothing and still get paid
Bought a 2003 Ford Ranger 2500td Hi-Trail XLT double cab bakkie (diesel) from auction online. After the cash purchase I was told that there's a Lexus petrol engine in the bakkie... Why did you state that there's a 2500td engine of there's not? If I knew this information I wouldn't have bought the bakkie in the first place. I misled. Now they want me to take the bakkie as is. I am also going to report this to MIOSA
The company itself great but their staff is not so great. Bought a bakkie cash from an auction and Hanroux from the JHB South branch assisted me. He explicitly indicated to me that it's a PETROL bakkie and the Dekra report is not always correct. After asking multiple times if he's sure, he still kept to his story about the bakkie being petrol. He then went and poured petrol in the bakkie because it was empty. I drove from JHB to the Vaal Triangle with it and the bakkie kept on cutting off and did not want to idle. After phoning Webuycars, the lady from customer care confirmed that it is indeed a DIESEL bakkie. I barely made it home and now I have serious damages to the engine due to false information provided to me by Hanroux. What should I do with this bakkie now??
Engen Overvaal in Vanderbijlpark, Frikkie Meyer Blvd: This morning, an attendant (Joseph) burst my tyre while inflating it. To make matters worse, he left me (a woman) to go and pump petrol for other people leaving me to change my own tyre which HE burst only to appear when I was about to finish suddenly wanting to "help". Seriously, I already changed it myself. I was already late for work but would have loved to speak to the manager about this. Is this how you train your attendants? And to top it off, 2 months ago the petrol pump did not stop when the tank was full and again the attendant demanded I pay for the petrol laying on the floor. Management of the station is very poor. Nobody came to check when the tyre burst (it was a loud noise). People walked by as I was struggling to loosen the nuts of the wheel. Not even the other attendants offered to help. Definitely not going there again.
They keep you updated with transactions and their employees are knowledgeable. They assist where they can and make you feel welcome. They definitely need to open a branch in the Vaal area.
Friendly and assisting when they try to get you to sign up but as soon as you need to claim, they have all these excuses and they point you in different directions just to get you off the right path. My father (elderly, sick man) have been trying for months to get hold of the right person so that he can submit a claim. He took out insurance with them and now that he has a very serious medical condition, now suddenly Old Mutual goes quiet. He spends most of his time on the phone trying to get hold of somebody and when he eventually does get through they make all these promises of assisting him and will call him back... but nothing ever happens. He has spoken to so many operators leading him in different directions and they delay the whole process of claiming and my dad urgently need to claim as he needs urgent medical assistance but then again, it is not Old Mutual who can barely walk anymore or who struggles just to get to a bathroom in time. They just want their money and they forget all about their clients' interests and well being. Shame on you Old Mutual, an old man has been paying from his pension pocket, the least you could do is assist the poor man. Policy number 15865145
I've been with Vaal Networking for years now but as of the last year their quality, speed and service has downgraded immensely. I am paying for a 4mbps uncapped line but I rarely get speed more than 1mbps. When I contact them, they fix it and it only lasts for the day but then the next day the same slow speed. They know I have been experiencing problems with my connection because I constantly call and WhatsApp on their after hours line, taking screenshots of my slow speed but there's never a permanent solution. I am so frustrated and will not be recommending this service to anyone. This company is not the same anymore. They dont care about their customers anymore and are ripping them off by providing slower speed as paid for.
Highly highly disappointed. Ordered and paid a pizza online yesterday at 16:30 and it never arrived after calling multiple times and only getting through this morning. First I was told that I haven't paid and then eventually they picked up my order on their system after accusing me of not paying. Not even apologising I'm told that my pizza will come by today. I've always used their app but this is utterly ridiculous. Waiting almost 24h for one pizza and then being accused of not paying??? Really?? Vaalpark branch
