In Jan I took my car to Bloemfontein human auto for diagnosis, it was found to have problems with “mountains“ of which upon repairs it was discovered that the front shocks. The shocks were ordered & couldn’t be replaced due to Covid. With the relaxing of lockdown rules in September I bought in the car for repairs, & I got booking for a Friday, I then travelled to bloem from UPINGTON on a Thursday. On Friday I took the car in for repairs, at around 3 pm was called to pick up the car only to find that it was not repaired due to the fact that the shock was used elsewhere, for that mishap I was told that I would compensated for the expense incurred, loss of mileage. then drove back to UPINGTON on a Sunday while awaiting ordering of a new shock. The following week I travelled to Bloemfontein for repairs, indeed the car was repaired. When I went to collect the car I was told that they have top up my petrol with R250.00 as a compensation because it was my fault that I didn’t bring the vehicle in time. I had incurred expenses to an amount R4000.00 plus my car mileage went up.
