They don't respond to previous complaints so this is useless! But I'll post this complaint anyway! In September 2020 I took my Ford Kuga to Human Auto Bloemfontein as it was overheating. I asked them to do a diagnostic test and they confirmed that there were no other problems except for the overheating. They took over three weeks to get the part! I had to fight for a courtesy car! Eventually when I got the car it had more problems than when I took it in! I drove for less than a week and the overheating was not fixed! The parktronics are broken, aircon broken, seats not heating up and radio broken. I took it back to them. They took another 3 weeks and my car is still not fixed!! Complaining to the manager didn't help because first he refused to see us and when we insisted he was just rude and unapologetic. You could see that he wasn't going to negotiate with black people! I don't even want to talk about the 'technician' because he was ready to fight with me that's how rude he was! I've been frustrated and stranded without a car for more than 6 weeks and my car is still not fixed! I wish that I had seen these reviews before I took my car in! I took my car in thinking that I was taking it to its makers and would get proper service but clearly I was wrong and judging by the other reviews I'm not special!

In Jan I took my car to Bloemfontein human auto for diagnosis, it was found to have problems with “mountains“ of which upon repairs it was discovered that the front shocks. The shocks were ordered & couldn’t be replaced due to Covid. With the relaxing of lockdown rules in September I bought in the car for repairs, & I got booking for a Friday, I then travelled to bloem from UPINGTON on a Thursday. On Friday I took the car in for repairs, at around 3 pm was called to pick up the car only to find that it was not repaired due to the fact that the shock was used elsewhere, for that mishap I was told that I would compensated for the expense incurred, loss of mileage. then drove back to UPINGTON on a Sunday while awaiting ordering of a new shock. The following week I travelled to Bloemfontein for repairs, indeed the car was repaired. When I went to collect the car I was told that they have top up my petrol with R250.00 as a compensation because it was my fault that I didn’t bring the vehicle in time. I had incurred expenses to an amount R4000.00 plus my car mileage went up.

Bought a eco sport on Friday car had problems took it back on Tuesday used got told by manager car wil be ready next day at 5 got there nobody knows where my car is had everyone looking for it and yet nobody had answers if i phone the manager he doesn't pick up the phone very bad service get on the day i got the car the car was not even cleaned

<p>We've bought our new 2017 Ford Fiesta from Human Auto Bloemfontein. On speaking with the salesman we were told that it would not be a problem to change over our personal number plates to the new vehicle and so noted and confirmed on e-mail. I then received e-mail telling me I have to reregister my old car with new number plates and pay the traffic department to keep the plates for me. I had to leave my office and stand in line all up 2h30 min to comply with their request for it being very urgent according to them. I have done so and supplied all evidence for that. The day of my number plates to be fitted I got told that it cannot be done and I have to take the number plates they supplied and that are it. My old car is getting driven around with the registration I paid for. The time and money I've put into getting what they want was for nothing and a hell of a joke. Since then we received phone calls from the bank saying that the monthly payment is going to be more now because of things we've asked for was not added onto the contract and is compulsory. On signing the contract we also found a safety pack added and we had to except it. The monthly payment suddenly went up a couple hundred rand. My response from Human Auto for the number plates and time is that it is my problem. As far as the extra things on my contract, I have not even received a phone call about that.</p>
