Surely you cannot be this comfortable with not explaining what is happening I have been waiting for my voucher and you're not giving any feedback you're not responding to emails.Surely somebody needs to be held accountable for this, is the problem with takealot or is the problem with you because one of you needs to come up with an answer this is not acceptable at all. The survey was completed in July we are in September now.firstly there is a waiting period of 20 to 30 days but still after that you expect me to wait even more longer and you're not responding to your emails and you're not sending any apologies whatsoever, if this continues I would be glad to advice people not to complete any survey from you guys because this is the treatment that people get after the completing it they get ignored.
