So I bought a borehole pump from Hurrican Pumps centurion with a 1 year warranty. 9 months or so later the pump stops working and they say I must bring it back for checking. Just about every other week I would check the technician for updates - he or the company never bothered to volunteer updates. One day the technician response was the pump is fine but motor damaged. So I go back to him to ask then where to next next. He respond you need to buy the motor not under warranty coz it's not factory fault. When I ask how do I know it's not factory he retorts how do I know you didn't intentional damage the pump so you can claim a new one under the warranty. I mean for goodness sake why would I did out a borehole pump damage it to stay more than 2 months without water just because I want to claim a new pump? Doesn't it sound so bizzare and blatantly loaded with prejudice? I have never seen such level of customer disrespect and insulting prejudice from a supplier. The worst of the worst- I will forever remember their insults which was tacitly supported by their director by the way
