Hussar Grill Somerset West - Gold Star for service
My husband mentioned that it was for our anniversary when he booked for dinner at Hussar Grill Somerset West. Apart from the food being so tasty and well cooked, we felt really special when the waiter for our table congratulated us when he seated us. We also received a complementary drink and they stencilled "Happy Anniversary" on our dessert plates. Great customers service - well done. We will be back

Hussar Grill Somerset West - Gold Star for service
My husband mentioned that it was for our anniversary when he booked for dinner at Hussar Grill Somerset West. Excellent Restaurant
This Restaurant has the best Filet I ever ate in my live. The service is fantastic, and the food is outstanding good

Shocking Service by Management
I have written to the Head Office of this establishment but alas, they have not replied. On 2 consecutive occasions I have now been shockingly treated. I reserved a table and the last 2 visits, they have chosen to give the reserved table away. I was then lied to stating that they do not reserve table!! Why in the past have I had no problem? My wife was then told that the waiters had made a mistake - twice in a row! Not good enough and please don't lie to your clients!! I doubt that I will get a reply as even Head Office does not bother

Shocking Service by Management

Hussar Grill Somerset West is outstanding
Our daughter lives in Somerset West and we often have dinner in the Hussar grill in the Waterstone mall on a Sunday. On a cold winter`s day they light up our day! Ray served us last Sunday and he was a professional and friendly waiter. As usual with Hussar Grill our food was outstanding, from the delicious sirloin steak to the vegetables. The table was set neatly with a white table cloth and all utensils and glasses were clean. We recommend Hussar Grill at the all the branches
