I joined Herotel and they sent me invoices each month of what i owe them and i paid as per statement. After 5 month they came back and sent another invoice stating that i still owe them for some installation fee and oh i need to make arrangements ...i make arrangements and nothing they cut off my line after taking my monthly installment. I told them thats teally inprofessional seeing im a customer you guys messed up and now this is how you fix YOUR problem ...anyway i pay them coz im the type of guy who doesnt like unnecessary hassles . But wait guess what they send me a ticket explaining they will get back to me after i have sent them confirmation the money was paid. I literally had to ho do there job and be patient about it . Customer service is not important to this company. All this could have been avoided if they could just be more customer service driven
