Bad customer service Not recommended Held on for 20 minutes for their customer service to answer even though the voice operated message said there is 0 callers ahead of me No wifi connection for days but quick accept payments I do not recommend anybody to use this wifi company

Not recommended. Horrible service and no customer care.. no teqnitions on a weekend. Since 8 Friday Morning we have been trying to get someone to come out because our wifi is down, at 5 Friday they told us no one can come because its closing time and weekend, we need to wait until Monday. Now they want to put us in a que again. Bad bad bad

One star is too much. I will never recommend that anyone use HX systems as their ISP... Not only do they mess up but still they expect to be paid for services that was not rended. They even went as far as Getting lawyers involve to retrieve "Money owned to them" and even though I cancelled the service. Now that I am unemployed I am being threatened with summons and court.. Please people stay away from them.

They cut off my internet for no reason and do not return my calls - 10 calls in two days and still no reason/ call from HX Systems as to why my internet was cut off. Absolutely horrible working with HX Systems!

Absolutely disgusting! Second time in a couple of months that I have no internet for an entire weekend! Last time I was down from a Thursday until Monday afternoon. This time? Who knows?? Went down on Saturday and now it's Sunday evening! From past experience, I'm well aware that I will be ignored tomorrow, so will advise as the days pass! Oh. And I'm paying R1,380 for these lousy people!!

I joined Herotel and they sent me invoices each month of what i owe them and i paid as per statement. After 5 month they came back and sent another invoice stating that i still owe them for some installation fee and oh i need to make arrangements ...i make arrangements and nothing they cut off my line after taking my monthly installment. I told them thats teally inprofessional seeing im a customer you guys messed up and now this is how you fix YOUR problem ...anyway i pay them coz im the type of guy who doesnt like unnecessary hassles . But wait guess what they send me a ticket explaining they will get back to me after i have sent them confirmation the money was paid. I literally had to ho do there job and be patient about it . Customer service is not important to this company. All this could have been avoided if they could just be more customer service driven

Hellopeter i paid this internet service provider via my Nedbank app as i do every month and emailed the proof of payment to the email adress they gave me. I made payment on the 2nd of June 2020 ,emailed the proof of payment and on the 8th of June they disconnected the service and is requesting proof of payment again. They sent me a email after i contacted them as to why they disconnected the service and says they noted payment made on June the 2nd 2020. The service is still disconnected and iam very unhappy in their service cause its the 2nd time it happens .please assist. Kind regards.
