Hellopeter i paid this internet service provider via my Nedbank app as i do every month and emailed the proof of payment to the email adress they gave me. I made payment on the 2nd of June 2020 ,emailed the proof of payment and on the 8th of June they disconnected the service and is requesting proof of payment again. They sent me a email after i contacted them as to why they disconnected the service and says they noted payment made on June the 2nd 2020. The service is still disconnected and iam very unhappy in their service cause its the 2nd time it happens .please assist. Kind regards.
Good day. Iam struggling since Feb 2020 to decrease my option to a lower options since i am the only breadwinner . I did sent numerous emails to the fund on which they respond they will get back to me but never does . I only became a member of them this year and is highly dissatisfied. I also went to my HR at work and he also assist me in this matter but they still deducted this high amount off my salary. Please assist me in this matter.
