3 weeks without a delivery, and still waiting!!!

Im on the 3rd week now awaiting delivery. They claim Courier Guy has picked up the order and courier Guy denies this, stating that the parcel was not ready when they attempted to pick up.

Such a shame to their name, a disgrace to their brand! They send meaningless apologies with basically no way foward or positive feedback. I will never support them ever again, this was my last purchase!!
