If I could give zero stars, I would - Very disappointing service and lack of accountability

I hired Hygiene & Bugs specifically to treat ants in my garden — a problem the owner, Charles, personally inspected and quoted on. While the first treatment (with granules) worked, they skipped this step on later visits and repeatedly ignored the outdoor infestation. Near the end of my contract, I was suddenly told they “don’t treat gardens” — despite doing so before, and despite their website advertising Ant Control with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

After submitting proof of the ongoing issue (as requested), I received a vague voice note and was then ignored completely. No resolution. No accountability. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
