Bad attitude towards people redeeming a voucher

I recently tried booking a Winelands tour for my husband and I as we are celebrating our first year of marriage... I won the voucher at an event. I phoned in to redeem the voucher just to be screamed at that I need to phone two days before the date of the tour Because they need paying customers going as well. Fair enough even though nothing was stipulated on the voucher I phoned again just for the same woman to answer the phone and scream in my ear again...after getting ill treated like this, I will not advise foc's to do business with such people because we are treated second best, why sponsor prizes for your clients to get treated in such a manor....
