a staff member(driver CA 631942) was abusive after I told him that he shouldn't use the Express checkout lane as he had more than the prescribed items.I was told to **** off a few times. All this in a public place ,I was belittled by a Hylton Ross staffer in uniform. Is this the way they treat the public in general?? or is company ethos.

My car was driven into by a hylton ross bus on Saturday 17 November. I am unable to drive my car, and while waiting for the claim to be processed, I am having to cover costs of getting to and from work, as well as make arrangements for my kids to be transported to and from school. Surely they should provide a courtesy vehicle. I would have no issue covering the cost of this myself however as they drove into me, i believe this is something they should offer. I am being inconvenienced!

I recently tried booking a Winelands tour for my husband and I as we are celebrating our first year of marriage... I won the voucher at an event. I phoned in to redeem the voucher just to be screamed at that I need to phone two days before the date of the tour Because they need paying customers going as well. Fair enough even though nothing was stipulated on the voucher I phoned again just for the same woman to answer the phone and scream in my ear again...after getting ill treated like this, I will not advise foc's to do business with such people because we are treated second best, why sponsor prizes for your clients to get treated in such a manor....

Most disgusted at the behaviour Hylton Ross drivers. Was unfortunate enough to be travelling in front of one such driver who thought it appropriate to hoot and flash their lights for being held up at pedestrian crossings more than once (would you rather have us run pedestrians over so that you can make it to wherever you need to be a couple seconds quicker?). The same driver then proceeded to overtake on the left in the emergency/bicycle lane. This is by far not an isolated incident in Observatory but a daily occurance with their cars and vehicles in the area.

Every single night, without a care in the world, Hylton Ross buses rampage down Bennet St in De Waterkant towards Gold restaurant to drop off tourists, and every single night, they drive people off the road onto the pavement. They point-blank refuse to yield or give way to a single car. If you don't move onto the pavement, you get hammered by a bus.
Bennet Street is a side street and just about big enough to fit 2 cars side-by-side, letalone a bus. Hylton Ross buses drive incredibly dangerously down this road, and if you happen to meet one that's dropping off tourists, you can also expect to sit for 15 minutes in the road waiting for them to unload at the restaurant's front door.
Steer clear of Bennet street where possible.
