I just want to share my poor experience with Hyper Auto Parts in Krugersdorp. These people don't know anything about customer service. I spent well over R10,000 at their store two weeks before Easter weekend of April 2021. I never got all the parts. Also I had to incure extra costs in hiring a car to do my family trip to Jeffreysbay. The sales consultant is by the name Tian, he is utterly useless to put it mildly. Needles to say, it's the 9th of April 2021 and I still do not have all my parts that were paid for three weeks ago. Why sell something you don't have in the shop? Surely the consumer act doesn't allow this? Please contact them their number is: 011 953 1086. I am now planning to rather source my car parts elsewhere and stay away from these fraudsters.

My husband called your company this morning and spoke to Almary, he told her that we had purchased a clutch & pressure plate kit and opened the box only yesterday but did not have the cash slip, she stated that we should go to our bank to get proof of the transaction. We obtained the proof of the transaction as requested by her. On phoning her for the second time she then claimed that we have purchased it in May 2017 and it came out of the workshop (HN 09) which is too long ago and cannot assist us. I feel that this is unacceptable due to the fact that my husband brought a sample of the existing clutch plate and it was given to him and he in return took it in good faith and believed it was the right part. We also had to wait for your company source the part because you didn’t have one at the time but according to Almary the kit came out of your workshop (PART NUMBER : HN 09) I would appreciate it that you contact me in writing or telephone me in this regard due to the fact that this is not the first time that we have experienced wrong goods handed over to us in spite of samples been given to your staff.
