Pathetic service
Tygervalley iStore, the MOST pathetic service I have ever encountered. Went there THREE times in the last 10 days, they ignore me like I am not even there! Was looking to buy a bigger Mac Pro 16 inch, a new phone and earpods, as im due for a new phone too. Stood there, they helped people coming in, me, they IGNORE you. Will NEVER sit foot in that store again!

Defy Pathetic
Bought a Microwave at Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket on 25 October 2023. In Feb 2025 we saw that the Microwave has heavy rust at the bottom. So, we took it to Hypermarket, they had it now for almost 2 weeks, and when we inquired about what is happening, they told us, they will not replace/fix it. Now, just in 2024 I have spend an obscene amount of money on Defy products seeing that they are aesthetically nice and a trustworthy brand that I grew up with. This is a huge disappointment not to mention the pathetic service we have received. Defy says its not their problem to replace/fix it, not that I want a rusted thing fixed. The door was ALWAYS open, because I am scared it might rust. I cannot get over how pathetic these people are, its actually a joke.NEVER again will I buy Defy, it is utmost ****, not to mention the service.

Terrible service
Terrible terrible service. A week and I still have no reliable internet. Phone the ISP Vox they say not, its Vumatel. Vumatel phones says no issue with the lines...uhm, duh, 2mb download and 0 upload. HOW is this service we PAY for?

Awesome Service Swopp
This was the best experience I had in a long time. I was honestly skeptical but I took a chance and I am SO glad I did. The service was next level friendly and helpful. The package was sent to me via Courier and also delivered within 3 days. I was really surprised to received my package in such good order. Will definitely recommend them 100%.

Pathetic service!
On 14 January 2025 I ordered books online for my kids Curro online. Whenever I dial and ASK for help, they put me on constant hold OR put the phone down in my ear. I have NEVER experienced service like this. It has been paid, where is my books?

Excellent service
Busi helped me SO nicely when I was stuck and nowhere to turn. She organized for my car to be put on a flatbed and taken to the specialists to investigate and hopefully fix it. Thank you so much Busi, we need more like you!

Most pathetic ever!
Macdonals. is THE worst place IN SA today. This has now been the 7th consecutive visit to them with the absolute worst service EVER! I cannot deal with the idiot employees, if that is what they are called. NEVER was I able to get ice cream from the Brackenfell one. Then they don't have stock, then the buns are STALE, they stuff up your order and to refund my IMMEDIATE payment, I need to PROVE my own account, on the card that I just swiped. Seems they are employed by Parliament, the worst place to order. And, who in their RIGHT minds put a Generator right next to the order Microphone? The 30%'ers, that is who!
