After-Sales Service Sucks!!!

I just want to share my poor experience with Hyper Auto Parts in Krugersdorp. These people don't know anything about customer service. I spent well over R10,000 at their store two weeks before Easter weekend of April 2021.

I never got all the parts. Also I had to incure extra costs in hiring a car to do my family trip to Jeffreysbay. The sales consultant is by the name Tian, he is utterly useless to put it mildly.

Needles to say, it's the 9th of April 2021 and I still do not have all my parts that were paid for three weeks ago. Why sell something you don't have in the shop? Surely the consumer act doesn't allow this?
