Hyper Layer Rust South Africa

We run 6 Rust servers commonly known as "Rust South Africa"

Hyper layer has been the best service provider we have come across in the last 3 years of all various companies, dedicated hosts, machines, etc that we have utilised and paid for.

I would like to comment on the following: 1. Pricing: Reasonable - not expensive not cheap but in terms of market, I believe the pricing is suited right for the services they are offering.

2. Support: Support is absolutely phenomenal! Send a message on Discord or ticket system and response is within minutes. I believe Hyperlayer have set the bar in this regard as many over providers either take a standard 24-48 hours to respond or you are charged extra for the "quicker response".

3. Performance: As with any provider, there are hiccups however with that said Hyperlayer have been fantastic and run servers on decent hardware. We have had little/no drops and reiterate their website marketing that we have had up time of 99% - this figure is not easy to come by as there are many internal and external/enviromental factors that can give clients/service providers issues/problems that are beyond anyone's control. So well done here Hyperlayer! 4. Admin Panel: Hyperlayer use what is called "TCADmin" - one of the most integrated, intuitive and noob-friendly panels that I have ever come across. Although there are options to use 3rd-party tools for FTP, RCon and so forth, you can administrate literally everything from the TCAdmin.

5. Other: Hyperlayer have supported us as a community that we have grown to be and built a interpersonal relationship with me to try and best fulfill any needs that I have.

Recommendation: I highly recommend Hyperlayer for your server/web/data needs. I give them with pleasure a 5 out of 5 star rating by all means.

I think as a newly established business that other providers can really learn alot from Hyperlayer as their approach to customer care/support is like no other. Thank you for the amazing service and continue to develop yourselves as you are as you guys truly do deserve the recognition.

I personally believe you are getting a lot more than what one would usually get had it been from other service providers (in my past experience).
