Why do you always come up with excuses when you have to refund people???
Please supply me with proof of when we redeemed this voucher as per you respond. Obviously the restaurant should have the printed voucher, or pre-appointment email for them to prepare for us or the date we were there because it's quite shocking that when I cancel the vouched the voucher on your system on the 04 March 2026 it allowed me to since it was never used nor us been in that restaurant nor even know where it is.
