Lack of Accountability: Fidelity Security Services Rosebank Mall Date & Time: 15 December 2025 at approximately 16:39. Location: Rosebank Mall parking area. The Event: A Fidelity Security Services employee, Mr. Donet Mashele, struck the claimant’s parked Kia Cerato (Silver Grey, HT 66 WM GP) while operating an electric three-wheeled scooter. Police Report: The incident was reported at Rosebank Police Station (Ref: 1090/12/2025). The Dispute & Lack of Service Initial Cooperation: The Security Manager, Mr. Rudi Van Aarde, initially acknowledged the incident, apologized, and requested vehicle details and insurance information. Compliance: Following instructions from Fidelity, the claimant submitted three repair quotations and an affidavit confirming he would not claim from his own insurance on 12 January 2026. The Issue: Despite full compliance and numerous follow-ups since mid-January, Fidelity Security Services has failed to provide any assistance or resolution. Demand for Settlement The legal demand issued on 03 February 2026 requires Fidelity to pay: R4,100.00 for vehicle repairs (based on the lowest quote). R5,000.00 in professional legal fees incurred due to their lack of responsiveness. There has been no communication and it seems the matter is being ignored despite my cordial approach to the matter

Beware PEP Home and Capegate Shopping Centre are in the business of accusing innocent customers of theft as well as forcing them to undertake humiliating and bag and body searches without proof!!! Honest customers should STAY AWAY from this horrible shop and shopping centre! They infringed on our rights and accused us of something which we did not do. After they searched us and treating us in the most disrespectful of manners , they discovered they were wrong and issued a weak apology and made stupid nonsensical claims.

I emailed the general manager Danie De Beer of Rosebank Mall Centre Management, re a shop to lease. However i have had no reply to that email. I then emailed The marketing Manager, Melisandy Davids and no reply to that email. The Rosebank Mall at present has several vacant shops. The vacant shops are perhaps not the result of the current economy but the type of managers that you are employing. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as this non replying of email is just a bad reflection on the management and the Rosebank Mall, as well as loss of income for the Hyprop company and its shareholders.

How do you justify your parking fees? I work at the mall frequently and spend a considerable amount of money on parking
For this kind of money, I expect someone to fan my car with palm tree leaves while I am gone and maybe even stroke my car bonnet.
I also expect one of your employees to be awaiting my return with a glass of wine in the car park.

Call me asap as this is ridiculous...

Nisaa
