Hope for improvement.

Quite bad, they have been under new management and a new team for the past 2/3 months, I am not sure exactly how long. Things seemed positive in the beginning but they are highly overwhelmed and don’t have their ducks in row. You owe your customers much more and I hope they get a hang of things. This being an extremely polite review.
