I’ve been waiting almost a week for a response from the dealership with absolutely no feedback or update. When I contacted Hyundai Head Office for help, they simply referred me back to the same branch — the very place that’s not responding in the first place.
This level of service is unacceptable. There’s no accountability, no urgency, and no sign that anyone actually cares about resolving customer issues. For a brand as big as Hyundai, this is extremely disappointing. I expected far better communication, professionalism, and customer care.
