Hyundai Germiston failed me so bad, I purchase the car on September 2025 and the tyres were worn out and the wipers go back to them and it was fixed. In December 2025 got problem with clutch tow the car to my nearest dealership to fix the clutch only to find that the car is still under Hyundai Manufacture Warranty Insurance but it not covering the clutch okay. I was paying the extended warranty Insurance with M Sure,they said the can't help me because this car is still under Hyundai Manufacture Warranty until 2027,my question was why I'm paying now while it's under Manufacture Warranty and they can't help me now? It was pillar to post until the 15 December where by I tow the car again to the dealership in Germiston and it was booked for the 19th December 2025,when I made a follow up on the car it when they sent me a concern form to sign still no communication. On Monday they told me that the car will be booked for on available date probably on Tuesday 29 December 2025. It's when I decided to let them to jeep the car and bring back my deposit till today no one called and I cancell the deal, the stress they put me on I never had it before. I would like to warn anyone who wants to buy a car at Hyundai Germiston by your own risk. Regards Nancy Radebe (Unhappy Customer)

I called Hyundai Germiston on the13 Nov at approx 7h30am to make an appointment for my car to be serviced. After numerous attempts, my call was eventually answered by a lady from car parts who informed me that the servicing department was accepting cars for servicing and therefore unable to take calls... Fine, she asked for all my details and promised to get someone to call me as I wanted the cash price since my car is out of service plan. No one got back to me the entire morning. I then called back in the afternoon and was assisted by Prelen. I requested to speak to the manager to which I was told he was in a meeting. I asked him to get the manager to call me back. Today is the 25th Nov I have still not received a call from the manager. Just very disappointed with Hyundai Germiston

I had a fantastic experience at Hyundai Germiston, all thanks to Prince! From the start, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was very specific about the colour of the car I wanted, and even though it wasn’t easy to find, Prince didn’t give up. I bought a Hyundai Venue in 2022,went to Eastern Cape for a weekend, I noticed while driving on the free way when pressing the brakes the car vibrates, I reported to the sales man where I bought the in Germiston, he said I must trade it in, I have been complaining about the same thing since 2022,until today, I went to the branch again the technicians said the is nothing wrong with the car. Went there again this year Jan while doing service asked them to check it again ,they then said the is nothing wrong with the car, the manager said I must go to Lombard tyre's Alberton and ask his brother inlaw he is very good with cars, I was so disappointed because I expected him to escalate the matter to his seniors, but all he cared about was for his brother in law to make money out of me and all they wanted at the dealership was for me to trade in the car not to fix the problem.

What an inefficient branch. First I called reception and I got Ntokozo who hung up while I was speaking to her. I then called again and was transferred to their service department where I spoke to Prelean or something and he said he has my number and would get back to me. It is 2 days later and I am still waiting. You better off going to Hyundai in Springs.

I took my car for service on the 17 February 2025 and I collected it the following day. On the 19 February 2025 I discovered that there was a nail on the rare Tyre. I called to raise a complain. They told me to bring the car. I took the car to hyndai germiston at around 15:00 , I was told that the Tyre will be fixed the following day on the 20 February 2025. I left the car at the dealership (hyndai germiston) today the 21 February I drove my car from my place Buhle park to Johannesburg, my work place. On my arrival, I saw mist coming out from the bonet. I immediately switched off the car and opened the bonet. All to find that there was a lid that was not closed. I called roadside assistance to saw the car back to the dealership at hyndai germiston. The car was towed. The response I received from the dealership was" Good day Ma' am. The vehicle has arrived at the dealership. We will check and advise why this happened. We did not carry out any work to the coolant system. We will check and advise. Thanking you." I don't now anything about cars.
