I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service I received from Njabulo Buthelezi at Hyundai Northcliff regarding the Nissan Magnite I purchased through him. Four months after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing problems with the car, despite it being brand new. Since then, I have had to take the car back multiple times for repairs. Throughout this process, I had to handle everything on my own, as there was little to no support from him. As a first-time car buyer, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. It is even more disheartening considering that I referred a friend to purchase a vehicle through him based on my initial trust. I expected better service, communication, and support
