I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service I received from Njabulo Buthelezi at Hyundai Northcliff regarding the Nissan Magnite I purchased through him. Four months after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing problems with the car, despite it being brand new. Since then, I have had to take the car back multiple times for repairs. Throughout this process, I had to handle everything on my own, as there was little to no support from him. As a first-time car buyer, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. It is even more disheartening considering that I referred a friend to purchase a vehicle through him based on my initial trust. I expected better service, communication, and support

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service I received from Njabulo Buthelezi at Hyundai Northcliff regarding the Nissan Magnite I purchased through him. I couldn’t be happier or more thrilled with the experience I received from the moment I walked in. My new vehicle deal and trade-in were concluded within just 48 hours. A special mention to Faith, Neresha, and Keith for facilitating everything so efficiently. - Faith is incredible , her sales acumen so sharp and on point. - Neresha demonstrated such high standards of humility and professionalism. I genuinely felt I received the best, most honest financial advice from her with a neutral perspective. - Keith was quick, straightforward, and offered exactly what I needed on my trade-in with zero objection. Sad to let go of my old baby but I’m 100% satisfied with my new one. A big shoutout to Hyundai Northcliff for the outstanding service. I hope we can continue this stress-free relationship with after sale service support. I’ll definitely be back for that N-Line very soon!

Bought Hyundai Venue on the 10 June 2025, The promised to courier my disc with no luck. at one stage they said they put a wrong address of Rusntenburg while im staying at Boksburg. Every day they promised a driver will drop the disc off at my place but that never happened. The temporary license expired on 30 june 2025 while awaiting for the disc. on the 25 July 2025 they took my car for roadworthy and when they return thge car tampered the temporary License with a marker. They send my disc with one of their employee and i was ordered to go an fetch it. on my way to collect my disc the EMPD stopped me and impond the car based on the tempered Temporary License with was extended with Marking pen from the 30 June to 31 July 2025. Now my car is impounded and it require an amount of R2080 to be released of which Hyundai try to distance themselves from the issue. Anyone who can help to release my car please call me on 0714590161.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my entire life – and that’s saying something. Hyundai as a brand is now dead to me thanks to the circus of incompetence, dishonesty, and sheer arrogance displayed here. Buying from this place was like walking into a masterclass on how NOT to treat customers. ***** dealings? They practically wrote the manual. Zero professionalism, zero transparency, zero support – just a toxic mess of greed and passing the buck. Bought a car here and within six months I was so sick of the endless issues (all of which they refused to take any accountability for) that I had to dump it for less than market value just to get the nightmare out of my life. And don’t think you’ll ever get help from anyone higher up – Hyundai’s structure is like some weird little cult where management hides behind clueless salespeople. Special mention to Keith – the absolute gold standard of useless – and Rendani, who gleefully padded my purchase with garbage add-ons just to hike the price and line their pockets. Congratulations, you two, you’ve successfully ruined my view of an entire brand for good. If you value your money, sanity, or even basic human decency, stay as far away from this place as possible.

I had the worst experience ever of the shuttle requested from the dealership and to be dropped off at the office. I was driven around for an hour when my office is literally less than 5km away and the attitude of your drive is very pathetic and needs to be improved. You must know that the dealership experience does not end with you selling a car. This has left a very bad taste for me and now i was late for work because of the touring I was forcibly subjected to.

Dear Hyundai Northcliff Management, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor level of customer service I experienced at your dealership today. The events that unfolded were not only frustrating but demonstrated a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer care. Upon arrival, I was informed that a driver had already left for drop-offs, but we were assured another trip would be arranged. I asked your staff to check how long it would take for the driver to return. Unfortunately, this was not done promptly. While we waited, we went upstairs to the showroom. Despite seeing us go upstairs, no one made the effort to notify us when the driver arrived — instead, we were told, upon returning, that the driver had already left again. To make matters worse, when your staff called the driver, their tone conveyed clear annoyance and reluctance. At this point, I had a small baby with me, and I was under pressure to return home and get back to work. It became clear that no one was prioritizing customer service, so I had to make my own transport arrangements. Later in the day, I messaged again to ask if you could assist with collecting us to fetch my car, and was bluntly told that no collections are done — another contradiction and lack of service consideration. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to Hyundai Northcliff and will not recommend your services to others unless serious improvements are made in how you communicate and treat your customers. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and evaluate your internal processes, particularly around your drop-off and pick-up service, as well as how your team engages with customers — especially those with families and time-sensitive obligations.
