Excellent Follow-up service

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Bellville, and overall I had a positive experience.

On the day of collection, I noticed some bubbles under the paint on the left-hand side rear passenger door. I brought this to their attention and arranged to have the vehicle booked in to address the issue. While there was a delay initially and the work was not completed as expected, the situation was handled very well thereafter from Luqmaan.

With that being said I would especially like to thank Luqmaan Lucas for his exceptional service and dedication. He took personal responsibility for resolving the matter, arranged for the vehicle to be collected from me, and ensured I was not left without transport. Throughout the process, he kept me informed with regular updates, which I really appreciated.

When the car was returned, everything had been sorted out, and Luqmaan even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the outcome. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
