Worst Service from a Sales Executive

If I could give zero stars, I would have.

Our sales executive, Wayne Maritz, delivered the worst service I've ever seen in my life. We were there at the Hyundai Zambesi dealership, and Wayne was the person that helped us.

We talked to him and told him exactly what we want, but when it came to finalizing all the details, I needed to check up on him the entire time to make sure what we asked for was included in the price.

To collect our number plates and license disc was again another story. 07:41 on a Saturday Morning I, got a message from him that their workshop is closed. He knew we were coming since the beginning of the week.

To top everything off our, tint was poorly done on our car as well.

I'm not happy at all. You pay a lot of money for a car and good service, but instead, you get stuck with someone like Wayne Maritz.
