Great customer experience, exceptional professionalism.
Came across the I am Boho website (https://www.iamboho.co.za/) while searching for a birthday gift for my wife. After browsing around on the site and picking a pair of earrings I knew my wife would love, I decided to also look for a matching necklace but was unfortunately not able to find a necklace that matched the earrings that I had chosen. Not expecting too much after sending a message on the chat widget, I was quite surprised when I received an immediate response from a very friendly lady called Su. After explaining my dilemma Su offered to make me a custom necklace to match the earrings I had chosen. The next day I received an email from Su including a photo of the items together to confirm that I was happy, which I was and the day after that I received the necklace and earrings. Beautifully packaged and on time for my wife's birthday. The whole experience dealing with Su from I am Boho was very pleasant from the get-go. The prices of the items are definitely worth the quality and I can definitely recommend her. Thank you for the great service Su, I will definitely buy from you again!
