I recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful salesman named Rudi. Throughout my experience, I mainly interacted with Hanjo, and Michelle, who handled the financial aspects of my purchase. The entire process, from my first visit to the day I received my car, was exceptionally pleasant. The dealership provided a professional and well-organized service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.
Recently had the pleasure of buying shelves from Kleikrafts that have recently been discontinued from the supplier where I used to get them. I was helped by Evert who was very friendly and helpful but what I enjoyed most was how timely he was in his responses and delivery my shelves. The shelves the very next day, at exactly the time that he said they would be delivered. All round good experience with these guys, I can definitely recommend them!
I have been a PayFast merchant for many years, purely because they support subscription based transactions. Recently there has been an issue affecting Capitec accounts. I sent an email to their support and never even received a response other than the reference number. Since Jonathan left PayFast their support has really been dismal. There have been numerous occasions that I found mistakes in their API documentation and have had technical issues only to be ghosted by their online support team. If you manage to get a hold of someone that is able to assist you you can count yourself lucky. As soon as Ozow supports subscription based transactions I am moving my SaaS business over to their platform.
We've been a PayFast merchant for many years. Overall, we have received great service with some painful first line support experiences here and there. A few weeks back we made some changes to our PayFast account by updating the merchant information. While PayFast was busy processing the request to update our company information and waiting for all our documentation, our ad-hoc payments have been placed on hold without them informing us that this will happen. Our company lost thousands of Rands in lost revenue until we found out that no payments could be processed due to our account not being verified. It's ridiculous that PayFast-being the world class company they are, can't even notify their merchants that they won't be able to process any transactions while changes to the account are being requested. If anyone from PayFast is reading this, please add a notification on the new portal that will notify your merchants that payments will be suspended until the verification process has been completed. You guys can do better than this!
I have been struggling for over a week now to update a DNS record for a client, to no avail. This ISP is a joke and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
I am the co-owner of a marketing agency. Six months back it came to our attention that Afrihost clients were unable to access our website or any hostname within our domain. After reporting the matter to them and their support "engineers" contacted us back, it was established that our "domain been blacklisted because it was reported as sending spam". In our dealings they could never show us proof of the so-called spam we were sending, nor could they explain to us when our domain was blacklisted or what steps we could follow to have it removed from their DNS blacklist. The fact that anyone can simply request access to a domain to be rejected on their network is complete lunacy and can definitely be used to malicious ways, for example sabotaging access to a competitor's website in this way. Up to now all attempts to have this issue resolved have been fruitless. I cannot believe that an ISP of this stature conducts themselves in such a manner. It's utterly ridiculous.
After dealing with Interio Blinds a few years back I was impressed with their overall service, prices and especially their communication. I recently had to install another custom made blind and made use of their services again. From the moment I contacted them on their website the level of service excellence again was phenomenal. Even though the production of my blind took a bit longer because of the looting in KZN they still delivered and installed the blind I had ordered and again kept me in the loop every step of the way with their great communication. Thanks again Imraan and your team. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
I was referred to the Gauteng License Bookings business by a colleague. The sign-up process and online payment was quick and painless. I did it on a Friday and was contacted via WhatsApp on the next Monday by a very friendly lady. She sent me detailed instructions on what I would need on the day, what to look our for and other misc do's and don'ts. I got a confirmed meeting for the week after at Akasia licensing department with everything I needed in hand exactly like I was instructed on WhatsApp. Even though I still had to wait a while in line and to go through the actual process, it definitely went a lot smoother had I not made use of the Gauteng License Bookings website. Thanks for a great service, I look forward to doing business with you guys again.
I took my car into CMH Ford Hatfield to have a fan switch replaced. I was informed that it would take 21 working days to get the part on backorder. The person who helped me was adamant that I pay the invoice upfront for the part as well as the (ridiculously expensive) labor costs. I agreed to pay for the part only and said I would pay for the labor once the car was repaired. 3 weeks went by with no communication from them so I decided to call them. I was informed that the part has not been ordered yet but that they will order it today and will take up to 21 business days. To this day the part has still not arrived and after calling them again I was told the part was still on backorder. Hopefully I can get my money back and try to get the part from another Ford dealership.

After browsing around on the site and picking a pair of earrings I knew my wife would love, I decided to also look for a matching necklace but was unfortunately not able to find a necklace that matched the earrings that I had chosen. Not expecting too much after sending a message on the chat widget, I was quite surprised when I received an immediate response from a very friendly lady called Su. After explaining my dilemma Su offered to make me a custom necklace to match the earrings I had chosen. The next day I received an email from Su including a photo of the items together to confirm that I was happy, which I was and the day after that I received the necklace and earrings. Beautifully packaged and on time for my wife's birthday. The whole experience dealing with Su from I am Boho was very pleasant from the get-go. The prices of the items are definitely worth the quality and I can definitely recommend her. Thank you for the great service Su, I will definitely buy from you again!
