Dear Hellopeter
In December 2024, I was referred to Tlesego enterprises. Through a contact I trusted. I contacted Mr Ranyadi regarding purchasing a vehicle. He informed me that I needed to pay R8,000 upfront in order to secure a car. He assured me that many South Africans had successfully bought cars from him and that my transaction was safe. Based on these assurances, I transferred R8,000 via Capitec EFT to his account. To date, no car has been delivered. When I requested a refund, he initially refused. After I informed him that I would report the matter, he began giving me repeated promises that the money would be returned. He promised payment on 15 January, then 2 February, and on multiple other occasions. None of these promises were honoured. I am still waiting for my money. Today, he stated that he is not afraid of social media and has still not refunded me. I am a single parent raising three school-going children, and this loss has placed me under severe financial strain. I trusted this business in good faith and simply want my R8,000 refunded. I am posting this complaint to: Warn other consumers Request urgent assistance in recovering my money I am willing to resolve this matter immediately if the refund is paid. Desired Resolution Full refund of R8,000 paid upfront.
