Not as advertised on Website

Teranova (Trichardt, Mpumalanga)

I made an online booking, for myself and my 2 children. On arival, no socks were availble, which they refunded me for, also just to find out that only children up to the age of 15 are allowed to jump. They did refund me (thank you), but I was looking forward to a nice jump with the kids. Their website is very deceiving, not just about the age problem, but the area and activities are not the same as advertised on their websitse, I am very disappointed.

I'd like to thank the lady at reception for her service, very friendly.
