Poor customer service
Good Day, I purchased a bikini from your website which was out of stock and was promised an immediate refund. It has been over 24 hours since I've received a response and I have phoned twice, where one of your calls is going to voice mail. I do not appreciate this, this is poor customer service and has put me off wanting to purchase another bikini from you. Please respond promptly with my immediate refund.

You made the purchase at 11:44 and less than 24 hours later I emailed for your banking details
Hope this clears the situation up as we pride ourselves on great customer service.
