Good Day, I purchased a bikini from your website which was out of stock and was promised an immediate refund. It has been over 24 hours since I've received a response and I have phoned twice, where one of your calls is going to voice mail. I do not appreciate this, this is poor customer service and has put me off wanting to purchase another bikini from you. Please respond promptly with my immediate refund.

I purchased two swim suits from them, a bikini and full costume. This is an online paltfrom and was my first time buying from them. I was told delivery takes about 3 days, it took 3 weeks. When I finally received my goods I realised that they were small. I didn't even need to wear them cos I could tell by just holding them. I then packed them back in the dusty plastic, and called in plus emailed asking to pls exchange them. These were not cheap, I spent R600. And I'm told that there is nothing they can do. I did not wear the costumes and I'm going on vacation next week, so I need to now buy new swim suits and I don't know what's gna happen with these ones that I have at home. I was not even met halfway Atleast, all that was said is he can't help me. I don't know what this service is called, but byiog. Online is really not on as the customer service is on 0%. I could of easily went to the mall and purchased my swimsuits and received them same day, not three weeks of waiting for something that's all. Maybe they ought to have a size guide on their website, because this is not on at all

1 star is too much of a compliment. Today marks 1 month since I placed my order. I was told my order takes 7-14 working days to fulfill, I have followed up numerous times asking for delivery address to be changed due to the delay. (Email was replied to 3 days later). I then asked for a refund due to the delay, my email was Almost instantly replied to saying my parcel was out for delivery. I haven’t received the tracking number, nor had the change in address been confirmed. In short, NO communication, my money has been taken and no assurance as to when I will receive it.

<div>I have emailed and messaged the owner. There has been a complete lack of communication. My messages go unanswered. 2 weeks after order I am told one item is no longer manufactured. I request the refund option. I am still waiting for my refund. I have also still not received the one item they did have in stock and it has now been 1 month since I ordered. </div>
