I purchased four products from takealot on the 2nd of February and was told delivery would be done by the 6th. On the 6th my order was delivered but one product missing,a laptop for my daughter. I had specifically ordered in advance because her birthday was around the corner. On day of delivery I informed takealot that the laptop was not delivered and may it please be delivered before my daughters birthday. The agent agreed Today is the 15th and nothing has been delivered I stead I'm taken from pillar to poster asking if I have delivered and that I bare with them as they are still investigating. They even sent the driver to come here and ask what product I'm missing I'm so frustrated because I have been going around in circles with them,and nothing has been done,and instead they telling me that I must bare with them,til when?!! When they had said they will deliver before the 14th I am very frustrated with their service
I booked this bus in Oct Travelling to Durban on the 26th is December Three passengers Paid accomodation in Durban And today The 20th of December I'm told to either travel on the 24th or 27th The audacity of them picking a date suitable for them ,that I travel on I send an email wanting a refund now so that I can book a bus for the 26th I'm told by BaneleN that refund takes 14days I'm not sure how all this makes sense to them
Hello @ Warren Ndlovu Hope you are well. I was in communication with you via Whatsapp about 2hrs ago regarding a booking I made at Icon luxury apartments. To my suprise my messages are no longer going through, because you have blocked me. Sir I need your assistance My friends and I made a booking for the 7th January 2022 returning on the 9th January 2022, reason we called in the hotel yesterday, and sent you numerous emails was that we wanted to extend our stay with you. But to our suprise we were informed that our booking does not exist. We booked via booking.com. Then home from home arranged payment with us, we paid them the full amount for our stay, and yesterday we get told they liquidated. As your partner company, and knowing well that they liquidated as per our conversation, I'd of thought a solution would of been found, but instead I got blocked. Booking.com, home from home and icon luxury apartments are a scam I made a booking via booking.com for a group of us. We booked a place in cape Town Calle Icon luxury apartments from the 7th January 2022to the 9th January 2022.booked two apartments that each have 2 bedrooms. So today we decide that we going to extend our stay there, and to our surprise booking isn't made. We paid the full amount."home from home"is apparently liquidated. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this via email, I'm sent from pillar to post. I dont know what agreement these 3 parties have, but it's all a lie. We need answers from them. Had we not decided to extend the sty and check availability with icon luxury apartments, home from home, then we wouldn't of known that these 3 are planning to eat our money silently

We just wish we had gotten value for our money during our stay at the royal hotel. We had to ask for room service. The toilet was leaking and had to put a towel on the floor. The carpet smelt damp. We were told there is a gym and the website shows a gym but nothing. We were shown that they have a pool to, but false info. My partner and I are big on gym, and we're very dissapointed. We even told the receptionist that we laid a complaint with Hello Peter thinking they would of done something to make up for all that went wrong, but nothing at all.
Good day I hope you are well. I checked in royal hotel at 4am this morning. We were checked in at 6pm. When I got to my room, the toilet is leaking and I had to put a towel on the floor because the whole bathroom floor was wet. Then on the internet I saw that they have a gym and pool, as I asked the ladies at reception I was told that there is no gym and I should go to virgin active. I do not know if they maybe know that me going to virgin active requires membership. Had I known that there is no wifi, no gym and access to the pool then I would of not booked here, and booked elsewhere. This is utter false information, I was misled and it's unacceptable. Please may you intervene as I feel that I was highly misled. I have many options here in Durban but chose the royal hotel. False info are not right. The carpet also smells like it's wet, it's not fresh and needs high attention Please intervene, this is not value for my money
I purchased two swim suits from them, a bikini and full costume. This is an online paltfrom and was my first time buying from them. I was told delivery takes about 3 days, it took 3 weeks. When I finally received my goods I realised that they were small. I didn't even need to wear them cos I could tell by just holding them. I then packed them back in the dusty plastic, and called in plus emailed asking to pls exchange them. These were not cheap, I spent R600. And I'm told that there is nothing they can do. I did not wear the costumes and I'm going on vacation next week, so I need to now buy new swim suits and I don't know what's gna happen with these ones that I have at home. I was not even met halfway Atleast, all that was said is he can't help me. I don't know what this service is called, but byiog. Online is really not on as the customer service is on 0%. I could of easily went to the mall and purchased my swimsuits and received them same day, not three weeks of waiting for something that's all. Maybe they ought to have a size guide on their website, because this is not on at all
