I bought a ticket from APMWC, and the bus was delayed with no communication. After struggling to reach customer care, I was told two hours after the scheduled departure that it would be four hours late. When I asked for a refund or to reschedule, they refused. This company is a ****, with poor service and zero respect for customers. I will never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Worse and traumatic experience i have ever had..... My 11am bus was cancelled 3 hours before departure, Missed all my engagements paid upon my arrival in CT because we left at 6pm instead of 11am. Was forced to pay extra money for luggage that weighed less than 22kg suitable for 1 passanger and we were 2 using 1 bag that we had to pay for. So i just didn't lose money for arriving late at my destination, I also lost money for paying mu luggage.

What a **********, dreadful, terrible, awful experience from so called African People Movers!! The worst bus company ever. Waited for 5 hours (22h00 till 3am) in the cold at George Station and the lousy bus never arrived. Very unprofessional, *********** and insensitive bunch of people. Went to their offices on getting to Cape Town after being rescued bus another bus company. There i was attended to by another bunch of no-good agent with the least customer service qualities. SHAME ON YOU APM

I Sinoyolo Balelo, seek for help and impactive solution here is the scenario. On the 24th of May2024 I booked Apmwc bus ticket at Vaalgate Shoprite that was set to depart on the 24th of June 2024(20:00pm) from Johannesburg Park Station to Umtata Station on the 25th of June 2024. Due to Examination postponement reasons from my institution, I had to apply for date changes/reschedules so I went back to the Shoprite where I booked the ticket before the departure date or day arrives regarding the matter of changing the date. AT Shoprite I was that their system does not allow them to change dates, the only thing they can be able to do to help me is to cancel the ticket and refund me but there will be a penalty fee of R50.00 for ticket cancellation that is deducted from the amount I previously paid for my ticket . Meaning they will subtract R50.00 from R410.00 that I paid for my bus ticket and remaining balance will be R360. Unfortunately when they try execute their suggestion or perspective of canceling ticket and refund me, the available refund balance was R0.00 they did not proceed with that option of canceling a ticket and refund instead they called Apmwc company and Shoprite was told that there's nothing they can do on their side to help me, As Apmwc they will contact me as a passenger. Then days went by, still waiting for them to call me like they said but nothing from them, out of my confusion and stress because I see no progress and I'm being delayed I decides to call them by myself to make a follow-up.I called and reached them, they told me that they managed to cancel the ticket but they refund is in terms of voucher they don't do cash back refunds. So when I'm trying to use this voucher for booking another ticket I'm being told Computicket and Shoprite are not fami**** with this voucher thing that I'm given by this Apmwc Company and there Shoprite again calling Apmwc Company for clarification on how their voucher method works, Apmwc fail to provide concrete clarity. Shoprite and Computicket suggested that I go to where the bus supposed or setted to depart from and ask one of the Apmwc' s worker to help me on this matter, when I get to Park Station in Johhnesbeg and looking for those Apmwc buses and their offices they are not there when I ask around about them I found out that Apmwc Company was long back banned/evicted from Park Station. My contradiction is the still use Park Station as their point of departure. What I'm actually asking from you "Hello Peter" is to tell them to organize another trip or bus for me because this thing of their voucher is senseless to their co working shops or branches before 3rd of July 2024. Here is the cellphone number I used as a passenger's contact 0719480881 on the previous ticket but I'm no longer reachable on the above contact, they can or you reach me on the following numbers 0833168706 and 0824357396. Same destination(Umtata Station) same point of departure(Johannesburg Park Station).

Onthe 12th of June I had bought a ticket for me to go back home and the time frame for me to be at the bus stop was around 18:25 and I got there like 30 mins before which was like around 17:55.I waited for my bus only to find out that I was being ****med by these people.I waited for approximately 4hrs and no message or response was sent so the passengers about any inconveniences met by the service provider,but no,nothing was sent.So fast forward a day passed then I had communication with company about my refund so they told me that I will be refunded in a period of 21 working days and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money back. If you ever had a chance to burn down one company in South Africa for it's poor service...APMWC would be a good start.

Onthe 12th of June I had bought a ticket for me to go back home and the time frame for me to be at the bus stop was around 18:25 and I got there like 30 mins before which was like around 17:55.I waited for my bus only to find out that I was being ****med by these people.I waited for approximately 4hrs and no message or response was sent so the passengers about any inconveniences met by the service provider,but no,nothing was sent.So fast forward a day passed then I had communication with company about my refund so they told me that I will be refunded in a period of 21 working days and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money back. If you ever had a chance to burn down one company in South Africa for it's poor service...APMWC would be a good start.

APM has left us stranded here in engen garage Mount ayliff now at 6pm. It never even came in. They are not picking up their phones nor responding to emails. DO NOT BOOK APM, they also use kalamazoo busses and inform you last minute. POOR POOR SERVICE !!!!! APM I NEED MY REFUND OR ELSE IM TAKING YOU TO TASK!!!!!!!!!!!!

APM has left us stranded here in engen garage Mount ayliff now at 6pm. It never even came in. They are not picking up their phones nor responding to emails. DO NOT BOOK APM, they also use kalamazoo busses and inform you last minute. POOR POOR SERVICE !!!!! APM I NEED MY REFUND OR ELSE IM TAKING YOU TO TASK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had booked for a bus scheduled for 21:45 March 4th 2024 from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. Only to be called and told that the bus had broken down, there is no back up, no refund will be issued and I would have to wait for the next day on the same time for another bus.
