Onthe 12th of June I had bought a ticket for me to go back home and the time frame for me to be at the bus stop was around 18:25 and I got there like 30 mins before which was like around 17:55.I waited for my bus only to find out that I was being ****med by these people.I waited for approximately 4hrs and no message or response was sent so the passengers about any inconveniences met by the service provider,but no,nothing was sent.So fast forward a day passed then I had communication with company about my refund so they told me that I will be refunded in a period of 21 working days and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my money back. If you ever had a chance to burn down one company in South Africa for it's poor service...APMWC would be a good start.
