I'm out of words of the service I have been given by Intercity that resulted me to lose money twice. I 1st bought a ticket for my daughter to Cape Town that I later made changes and postponed her trip. I paid the changing fee on the day she was travelling and I even asked the customer care. Somehow when she had to travel i was told that I paid changing fee late and that I must buy a new ticket and cant refund my money for the changing fee and for the ticket. Because my daughter had to go back to school,I then bought a new ticket for her to travel on the 18th Oct @ 10am. My daughter waited at the stations since 9am, is been raining and cold, at 2pm I then requested uber for my daughter to go back home because her safety was getting compromised and the bus has not yet arrived at that time. I called customer service for almost 4 hours and no one picked up the call while my airtym kept on finishing and would load more airtime. I send texts on their Whatsapp numbers and still no response. I later got a response at 5:30pm and was told the bus arrived at 11:45. So therefore my daughter is lying and that i must buy 3RD ticket. My daughter needs to write her exams and there's no parent that can allow their child to be waiting for a bus that long, even the very same time they say the driver was there at 11:45, the bus was scheduled to be there at 10am not at 11:45. Furthermore my daughter resulted on catching flu while waiting for this bus on the rain and cold weather. This is pure bullying and taking advantage because we are black people. I have a right to get refund on services i have never used
Worse and traumatic experience i have ever had..... My 11am bus was cancelled 3 hours before departure, Missed all my engagements paid upon my arrival in CT because we left at 6pm instead of 11am. Was forced to pay extra money for luggage that weighed less than 22kg suitable for 1 passanger and we were 2 using 1 bag that we had to pay for. So i just didn't lose money for arriving late at my destination, I also lost money for paying mu luggage.
I am struggling to get my refund and is been days now waiting.
I hired and fully paid for Jumping castle, Water Slide, Popcorn and Slush machines as well as 3 Giant games. Everything was good and satisfying except for 3 Giant games that were not delivered and the company refuses to refund me.
Last night I had the worst delivery service from KFC. I ordered food and had to call the shop after 1 and half hour. The shop kept on hanging up my call and eventually they answered. Only after my call they explain that there are no drivers available and I MUST CALL CUSTOMER CENTER. Luckily I had airtime and I called. That was another waiting time for an hour......I got the food approximately after 3hours and I could eat the food because i don't eat after 8pm. I slept on an empty stomach and ran out of airtime.
Early this year I complained to Game about my faulty TV i bought at Reeds Mall in Centurion, I returned the TV as they requested for assessment and I had to keep on calling them for months until they replaced my tv. Still the "brand New" TV they gave me is faulty........the remote is not working and manual buttons only volume and power buttons works. I emailed the 2 branch managers that i have been interacting with previously and both Amos and Celine are ignoring my messages.
I had a worse traumatizing experience of my life. I took my kids out for dinner at Spur, while eating I went to my Tyme bank App and did 2 transfers of R5k and R500. Then few minutes after, I received a sms that says "We detected a suspicious activity on your account and it has been blocked" I then called the number that the sms came with to contact and for good 30min I never went threw, I would hang up until I run out of airtym. The bill came and I had to make payment, the card DECLINED. It was like we went there to eat fancy without money and we had to do uncomfortable things and leave some of my belongings like my watch to assure them that i will come back to pay. How can Tyme Bank block someone' account instead of calling the customer should there be some suspicions of some sorts? I am not sure anymore after this incident if i would like to continue with Tyme Bank.
4 months back I bought a Telefunken Smart TV at game, a month later the remote stopped working out of the blue. I then went to Game to report and was told they don't replace remotes. As much as I was not happy, I left and told myself that I will buy a new remote. Is been over 3 months looking for Telefunken remote from almost all the shops I could possibly find it. All available universal remotes don't cater for Telefunken, worst part and experience is that you cant navigate the TV manually and the remotes is not sold anywhere. As much as I thought i wont make noise about this, its becoming frustrating because I bought the smart tv to be able to enjoy Netflix, Showmax etc. For me to write here, is because i have lost hope and very unhappy with Game selling products that might be faulty and when return it, be told that is not part of warranty.
I stopped using Rain sim card for the past 3 months, from what I know they minute they dont get their monthly subscription they cut off the services exactly a day after the due date. I flashed away the sim card since i no longer use Rain and changed my banking details. last months i have been getting calls saying i owe 2 months subscription of R958 I think and i explained to the agent that i no longer use Rain and is been months and dont understand how can it be active while no one is using it. Then the agent said now is been blocked and will do investigations and get back to me. Today i decided to go to my Rain account, apparently I now owe R1158 with a current invoice of R200? What the hell? I cant even access my profile, navigate or do anything on my account of which according to me this has been terminated 3 months ago and i agree i owe 1 month subscription since the subscription is not an advance.
I ordered Family Pack Meal for delivery at Pedros in Pretoria CBD and my order came an hour late and wrong including the cold drink was wrong, there were no serviettes, salts and sources and curttlery. Called the Manager at the shop and he was rude.
