I’m very disappointed with Matrix’s service. I’ve been trying to get assistance regarding my enquiries, but no one gets back to me. The salespeople hang up on me when I call, which is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the tracking device is giving incorrect information, and I can’t seem to get any proper help to resolve the issue.
I spoke to Karabo, and he was helpful. The service was hassle-free.
I bought a ticket from APMWC, and the bus was delayed with no communication. After struggling to reach customer care, I was told two hours after the scheduled departure that it would be four hours late. When I asked for a refund or to reschedule, they refused. This company is a ****, with poor service and zero respect for customers. I will never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

I placed a lay-by order on their website and paid a R1000 deposit, but it never reflected. I tried contacting their customer care, but there were no agents available to assist. I also reached out via email but have received no assistance to date.
Poor communication and zero accountability. They never attended to complains, full of empty promises.
If I could give them no star at all. Delayed deliveries with no communication at all.
I'm overwhelmed with regret. My profile verification has been pending for over a week now. Every time I reach out to their support, I'm assured that it's being addressed, but nothing changes, and my funds remain withheld. This is impacting my business since I rely on that money to restock.
On Saturday I was informed about Game’s birthday competition which involved scanning your till sleep to win a voucher. I did as instructed and won, when I went instore to redeem I was sent from pillar to post with no assistance despite providing the sms with the voucher number . This competion is a ****, Game is a ****!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with their third party partners, Skynet Worldwide Express ( specifically the Rustenburg branch). I had a parcel scheduled for delivery, but despite being marked as “out for delivery” for two days, it never arrived. This delay caused inconvenience and frustration, especially since I was expecting the parcel urgently. The lack of communication and failure to meet the promised delivery timeframe reflect poorly on the reliability of Skynet’s services. I expect better service, especially considering the competitive nature of the delivery industry. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with my experience and will be exploring other delivery options in the future.
