1 star is too much of a compliment. Today marks 1 month since I placed my order. I was told my order takes 7-14 working days to fulfill, I have followed up numerous times asking for delivery address to be changed due to the delay. (Email was replied to 3 days later). I then asked for a refund due to the delay, my email was Almost instantly replied to saying my parcel was out for delivery. I haven’t received the tracking number, nor had the change in address been confirmed. In short, NO communication, my money has been taken and no assurance as to when I will receive it.
Amazing service. My excess was recovered without any hassle. Second time I have had to claim with Outsurance, and both times a painless experience. Professional and great customer service. Thank you Sam Kgaratsi specifically.
