I am writing to express my disappointment with the manner in which my recent issue has been handled. I find it concerning that a business would treat its clients in such a way — sending an incorrect item and then making it so difficult to resolve the matter.
I have been in communication with you since 19 September, and as of 16 October, I am still struggling to receive my refund. During this process, I was even pressured to accept store credit instead of being issued the refund I am rightfully owed. I was also informed that you would cover the carrier costs, yet I am still required to pay a 15% administration fee for the refund. However, the refund amount received does not reflect this agreed percentage. I was charged R2,315 for the item but only refunded R1,865,75 , meaning R449.25 more than the 15% administration fee was deducted. This discrepancy is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poorly on your company’s professionalism and customer service standards. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend your services or business to others.
