Disgusting customer service

Thank GOD there seemed to be issues in my area before they could sign me up. After having to phone them to get feedback that they said they would contact me with, not just once. I expressed my concern of having to wait to hear back from them after 2 weeks.... the reply I got, was just just plain rude. Tim Dancer, according to his title, is the managing member of the business, closed my ticket and said they won't bother any longer then. If this is how the MANAGING MEMBER of the company treats his potential clients, I don't even want to know what principles the rest of this company holds.
