Going above and beyond
I have only great things to say about this internet service provider. They have gone above and beyond to help sign up customers in areas in and around Hillcrest, KZN, that have been under-resourced by both Telkom and private ISPs. The internet access they provide is fast and reliable and when you need someone to assist you - there is actually a person on the other side of the email and not a bot or a call centre agent. Special thanks to Tim for always helping out.

Disgusting customer service
Thank GOD there seemed to be issues in my area before they could sign me up. After having to phone them to get feedback that they said they would contact me with, not just once. I expressed my concern of having to wait to hear back from them after 2 weeks.... the reply I got, was just just plain rude. Tim Dancer, according to his title, is the managing member of the business, closed my ticket and said they won't bother any longer then. If this is how the MANAGING MEMBER of the company treats his potential clients, I don't even want to know what principles the rest of this company holds.

Terrible Service
Abysmal service from Ezekiel. Asked repeatedly for login details to be able to configure my devices. No response; then belated response. I work in this field (and have done so for 25 years) and this is some of the worst service I have experienced. Go elsewhere.
