Abysmal service from Ezekiel. Asked repeatedly for login details to be able to configure my devices. No response; then belated response. I work in this field (and have done so for 25 years) and this is some of the worst service I have experienced. Go elsewhere.
Terrible service. Offer a service which you pay for then they don't deliver (pun intended) on that service. Will in future follow the reviews on hellopeter. Goodbye Ram. You won't see this customer again.
Terrible service. The SIP (i.e. VOIP telephone) service via freshphone is intermittent and when logging a support ticket, there is no technical assistance. Only an online forum for help. If you want reliable VOIP don't use freshphone.
Chronological order of attempts to get a reply for supply of a laptop keyboard: 1. Facebook messenger. Dudu asked for a part number. I sent a picture of the keyboard along with a part number. Still no response after +24hrs. 2. Tried their online conversation on their website. Asked to leave an email address. No response +24 hrs later. 3. Phoned in and was promised a response within 30mins. 2 hrs later and still waiting. 4. Phoned again and asked for manager. She'd left. Then asked for manager's number. Not allowed to give this out. Eventually got the manager's number and its the same as publicly advertised on their website. 5. Contacted the manager (Bronwyn). Still waiting for a response. Don't give these incompetents your business. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
Going through the process of a divorce and re-marriage and having to re-register home. Roshal simply continues to present me withinvoices that have to be paid, with absolutely zero estimation of costs. Terrible communication. What is it that they actually do for their money, if not communicate an estimation of costs and timeline?
I contacted Pam Golding properties in Waterfall and requested a valuation of my property for tax purposes. Henry Jooste responded by attending to my request the following day with superb communication and response. Superb service. Thank you Henry.
<p>Sent a query to Afrihost some 11 days ago, enquiring about FTTH. I had a single response, then sent an email response in turn, with a query. Evidently they have a black hole for emails from clients; no response. Myles was his name, and long for him I do......</p> <p> </p> <p>Today, I tried again. Asked the same question, this time of JP. After the inital mail from Afrihost, no further response to a further query. So now I'm not sure if its JP I miss or Myles. Myles is a nicer sounding name, don't you agree?</p> <p> </p> <p>So, then I try contact them via online chat. Not available......I try call back, not available. So I phone their JHB number......."you are caller number 14 in the queue. Estimated hold time is 14 minuntes"</p> <p> </p> <p>Gian, who's apparently the main-dog at Afrihost occasionally sends out pithy mails. Perhaps he should retire from doing so and use the time, rather more wisely, in finding out why his organisation is so dismal at responding to clients. I'm looking to take my personal account and my folks business account elsewhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>At one time Afrihost was truly great at service. <p>As the registrant for a domain I requested that the konsole access password be changed and such a change sent to me. This has not happened and thus someone who is not the domain owner, who has access to the konsole is now able to change registrant details without my consent, and has done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in and explained this to hetzner. Still waiting for their response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not deal with Hetzner as they do not honour registrant details and appear to take instruction regarding domains from anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
