Bad connectivity and VOIP quality.
Thought I'd give Rain LTE and the FreshPHONE VoIP service by Euphoria Telecoms a try, their connectivity is pathetic, people constantly say I'm too soft over the phone and that they can't hear me. I'll use up the last credit, and in future I'm not using their service again, its useless.

FreshPhone IT is incompetent / constant issues staying connected
Very unhappy with FreshPhone. Seemed like a very good offering but unfortunately their IT department does not have the right s**** set. I am constantly being disconnected, support unhelpful and pointing fingers rather than finding a solution.

No backup, intermittent service
Terrible service. The SIP (i.e. VOIP telephone) service via freshphone is intermittent and when logging a support ticket, there is no technical assistance. Only an online forum for help. If you want reliable VOIP don't use freshphone.
