FreshPhone IT is incompetent / constant issues staying connected

Very unhappy with FreshPhone. Seemed like a very good offering but unfortunately their IT department does not have the right s**** set.

I am constantly being disconnected, support unhelpful and pointing fingers rather than finding a solution.
