Very unhappy with FreshPhone. Seemed like a very good offering but unfortunately their IT department does not have the right s**** set. I am constantly being disconnected, support unhelpful and pointing fingers rather than finding a solution.
<p>Been using FNB since 2012 and can not really complaint. Overall pretty good service and never had any problems at their offices.</p> <p>Online banking works good. Fees should be lower.</p>
<p>As some others here I recently requested a test of our radio transmitter, which of course failed. It took ages to get a phone call from them (as they do not offer any other way to actively approach them), explain to them that we are still under warranty, and now we have been waiting for weeks for a call from a technician to investigate and fix our transmitter.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not how a company should run where you pay a monthly fee. Get your act together, can't be that difficult to setup a proper CRM system and follow up on issues...</p>
