I recently had an interaction with Chloe from the Accounts department at xneelo, and I can honestly say it was one of the most impressive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. At the time, I was extremely frustrated — to put it mildly. However, Chloe handled the situation with a level of calmness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness that immediately stood out. Not only did she manage to completely defuse the situation, but she also took the time to clearly and kindly explain what had happened and why. What truly sets Chloe apart is her ability to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Her approach wasn’t just about resolving an issue — it was about making sure I felt heard, understood, and respected throughout the process. To be completely honest, if it hadn’t been for Chloe, I would have seriously considered moving away from xneelo altogether and even exploring becoming a reseller elsewhere. worst email hosting service ever how can it take me 3 hours with a chat bot to set up my email only to be kicked out the very next morning after receiving mails the day before and I'm running a business. will migrate to Afrihost this is some BS. you cant even speak to someone on the telephone
