Appalling Service
Please do not use them to tie up estates and do title deeds. 37 months and paid them 18 months ago and zero title deeds. Their communication is non existent and their patronizing emails, it's absolutely appalling. They always have excuses. Nice fancy offices but absolutely incompetent. They take your money and rip you off.

No communication on cost estimations
Going through the process of a divorce and re-marriage and having to re-register home. Roshal simply continues to present me withinvoices that have to be paid, with absolutely zero estimation of costs. Terrible communication. What is it that they actually do for their money, if not communicate an estimation of costs and timeline?

In 2004 when I bought my first house and Livingston Leandy were the appointed conveyancing attorney by Wakefields, you were absolutely brilliant in every aspect . It is for this reason I specified with Nedbank and the seller that my attorney of preference will Livingston Leandy and this time around my experience was even better than the one in 2004.I had come into contact with two wonderful and extremely efficient staff of Livingston Leandy, Nisha and Yogeshnee . Nisha who was detailed and prompt with feedback and Yogeshnee who was extremely client friendly, providing all the right advice and even helped with giving us a sense of ease through the entire process. Yogeshnee took the time to explain in detail and accommodated both me and the sellers of the property.Nisha, thank you for the efficient and well-handling of the paper work. Yogeshnee thank you for going the extra mile in ensuring client satisfaction in every aspect of the conveyance - even when I felt it difficult to approach the sellers you gave my hubby and I a sense of comfort in the manner in which you handled everything amicable, legally and very professional. You are really and asset to your company
