Damage to my sink

The pipe in the wall where the sink is burst and had to be fixed my insurance company sends out IBP Assist to fix the pipe, this was just the pipe in the wall my there was nothing wrong with my sink it was not licking or needed anything to be replaced. MArtin from IBP then replace the outlet of the sink with a broken plastic connection where the water drains to the pipe. Ive been calling them since last week and to date this was not fixid they send out Amos theat tells me it a DIY and I can fix this my self my son and I wa sanding next to Martin when he replace the drainage system never again will I use them thisI will advise the insurance company accordingly. Now i have to go to the ombudsman becuase I get no satisfaction from them.
