My chronic medication was charged to my medical aid account Clicks Watermeyer Park always delivers my medication as per the App that I was forced to use because it works for them. Well its been 3days now after talking to their head office via whatsapp or what ever you call it and I was promised that I will get a call. What does the public think about this clicks is now like the city council promises and nothing happens, wonder what will my family do If something happens to me today, get a heart attack or go into a comma who do we blame. Do not leave the head office behind you can read on the messages between us that they must be saying to them selves, "why does this patient not just die or disappear, they must just remember that they way you chat back to someone it shows in the reply from you, O they were waiting for the guy that deliver the medication he only start at 12H00 he must be living in Cape Town if it takes 3 days to deliver my chronic medication the I really need very day.
If you change a bedit oder date and the next from the 1st to the 25th and the next debit oder should run on the 1st of June so this to my confirmation after I spoke to them should run on the 25th of June. Today after speaking to them they told my that no Im wrong and they have to debit my the 1st and 25th May and again on the 25th June. and advised that they will not be able to revers the debit oder for the 25th of May, If I new this when I called them and gor confirmation for the lady I spoke to I would never have change the date from the 1st of June to the 25th of June.
Horrible, phone was dropped in my ear and they did not even all me back, I change my debit order date to the 25th monthly I called Liberty just to make sure that the next premium date will be the 25th of June, I even asked the satffmember that assisted me is he sure my next premium will be 25th June. Last night the debited me with the premium now they can not revers and I have to complete froms and wait for 7 days to get my premium back. I think this is very unreasonable of them after I called to get clarity that my premium will be June. Im a pensioner, now that expect me to get on a taxi go get the form printed complete the from pay for all that with the compies that I have to make and than email ti to them, this is going to cost me more than my monthly premium do they no consider this.

Ive been billed with Getmore on my Cell C account did not even know what this was untill I walked into the Cell C shop at the Grove Mall where I signed a contract for a simcard of R179.00 per month. Mt cancellation Ref with Getmore is 543043183 and 45306573, every tie I call they been excalating my request if I cancel why must it be excaltions now the billing me and ell C that gave them my information as per the POPI act is Illigal. This have been since 23rd March 2022 to date nothing have been done Cell C rather telling me Im in arears and I pay my contract with them EFT every month no body from Cell C or Getmore are prepare to assist me and sort this out.
Onair is billing me from 2 account's and I can not get through on their landlines I have been on the line for half and hour and still no answer. I keep on being told the next consultant will assist me if they start working at 9H00 and I call them at 9H00 how can I be next in line and still hold on for so long, not the first time they are doing this to me
