<p>I booked my iPhone 5 for repair of a charging port on 6 June 2016 at a cell phone repair shop iBreak in Randburg, Northriding. Shop 1A Northland Corner at corner of New Market and Witkoppen roads. To date, the phone has not been returned and the manager is not offering compensation.</p> <p>I contacted the shop many times through visits and phone calls since June 2016 to date. At first they told me they ordered the part to be repaired and they will call me when the part has arrived. They never called.</p> <p>After weeks of follow up they then told me that the phone is fixed but it is at their offsite storage. They again told me they will go get the phone and let me know when to come and collect. That has since been their story. To date I do not have my iPhone 5 back.</p> <p>The manager, Nick Barnes, is very dodgy and does not attend to queries. He is always said to be in a meeting whenever there is a query. Throughout the period of my query, I spoke to him only once and he lied that he will collect the phone from their storage and call me to pick it up, which he never did.
